Pre-Orders -
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock, we then ship them when they arrive in our store. A purchase is considered a preorder if it is purchased anytime before it is in stock.
We are not responsible for preorders that arrive late due to them being shipped late from the manufacturer/supplier. We anticipated delivery date. We will do our best to update you with an estimated delivery time as we receive notice from our manufacturers/suppliers. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing for a special occasion. We do our best but we can't control shipping dates.
Sometimes when some Pre-Orders are ordered from the Manufacturer/supplier they can be out of stock.. If this happens I will inform you and the item can be placed on backorder or you can be refunded the total of that item.
Pre-Order items that need to be ordered in like Spellbinders, Cuttlebug, Magnolia Stamps, Sarah Kay Stamps, CC Designs Stamps, Whiff Of Joy Stamps, Quilling Items, Quickutz Items, Punches and Stamp It Stamps.. and some others..
These items do need to be paid for in full before they are ordered in. When Laybying Pre-Order items full payment is required first also.. Which means after you have paid off your Layby your items will be ordered. In saying this Layby does cause delays if you are wanting your items fast.
LayBy's -
Any item in store can be placed on LayBy, unless stated otherwise.. Layby is placing an order that can be paid off over 4 weeks and paying 25% each week off your order total. These payments can be made by Direct Deposit, PayPal E-Invoice and Money order..
LayBy orders that are not paid will result in cancellation and the items will be returned as stock.
If an item is a Pre-Order item this will not be ordered in until the Layby is Paid Off.
Regular Orders -
Regular Orders are orders that are placed with payment required with in 10 days of the purchase. If you do not make a payment your order will be cancelled.. If you purchased Pre-Order items these will not be ordered in until payment is received. Not paying on time will cause delays.
Conditions are subject to change with out notice whenever a situation may arise.
Returns and Guarantee -
We request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. We do not take returns of items for if you have simply changed your mind or do not like the item/s purchased.. So please choose carefully.
Faulty Items -
Bizzy Becs must be informed in writing via email within 28 days of receiving your order. This MUST include evidence and a description of the fault (within the claim period of 28 days) Once we have this information Bizzy Becs will test the product to determine that the fault is genuine. If we are satisfied that the fault is a manufacturing defect we will replace or refund the item at our discretion. We are not responsible for any misuse of items by the end user... Please contact us first via email and await a reply before sending anything back... You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns... We are not responsible for items broken in transit.. As we do take pride in our packaging of orders.
