Shipping & Returns


Payments - Can be made via Credit Card by PayPal Direct Payments, PayPal Payment Request sent via email or Direct Deposit and Money Orders. There is no minimum purchase required. 

Money Orders - If you would like to pay by Money Order at time of check out select the Money Order payment for your order to go through check out. The Name for the money order to be made out to and the address to send the money order will be at the bottom of your confirmation email once your order has been placed. Orders will not be dispatched until that money order is received. We do not except cheques. Only Australia post money orders.

Direct Deposit - Please select that option during checkout process and then wait for your order confirmation as the banking details can be found at the bottom of the order confirmation email. Please use your Order Number as the reference when making the deposit. Goods will be shipped once the funds are received in our bank account. If funds are not received within 72 hours of order placement, stock will no longer be held for your order and your order may be subject to cancellation. If you can not pay with in 72 hours please email us and tell us why you can't and an exemption can be made.

Credit Cards - Credit Card Orders are made with PayPal Direct Payment and are through a secure payment process. Or PayPal Money Request. Choose this option at the time of checkout. Once your order has been received I will send you a payment request via email for your payment. 

*Small Orders - Postage can range between $1.00 and $4.00... You need to choose payment methods PayPal Payment Request or Direct Deposit as then I can adjust your order total. Small orders are things that can be sent by letter post.. If you are unsure just email us and ask.

*Australia Parcel Post - Flat Rate of $7.50. Allow 5-9 days delivery in states other than W.A. 

*Express Post Bag - Flat rate of $15.95, some items do not fit into the large express bag.

*Registered Postage Quote - Registered Postage is a flat $15.95 charge. If your postage is cheaper you will be refunded or credited the difference. Please email us if you are unsure.


Prices for postage have increased effective of 28th Sept 2017 due to recent price rises by Australia Post.

*International Post - We are NO LONGER taking International Orders that get Shipped. 

                                  We ONLY ship with in Australia NOW.

                                  You are still welcome to purchase the Digital Stamps. 

Delivery - Please allow 4-10 days for Parcel Post delivery within Australia and 1-3 days for Express Post. We will not be held responsible for Australia Post delays or for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered/insured. If you would like a quote on your postage then please email me and I will be able to tell you what the postage rate will be for registered post on smaller parcels. If you choose direct deposit I will be able to adjust your total to include your new registered post.***Unless you have a Pre-Order than your order will be posted out as soon as the stock is received.


Receipts - We do not send Printed Receipts in your parcel. We do recommend that you print the email confirmation of your order as that is a Tax Receipt. You can also print your invoice from your account section. Just choose the order you would like a receipt for then right click your mouse and select Print. 

Returns and Guarantee - We request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we inform you that you can return your items we must received these with in 21 days. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. We will either replace the item/s (for the same product as purchased) or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above. If you are outside the claim period (21 days) contact the manufacturer directly.

We do not take returns of items for if you have simply changed your mind, ordered an amount incorrectly, ordered an item you already have or do not like the item/s purchased. So please choose carefully. You are able to check over your order to see all the items in your cart before you confirm your order. 

Faulty Items - Bizzy Becs must be informed in writing via email within 28 days of receiving your order. This MUST include photo evidence and a description of the fault (within the claim period of 28 days) Once we have this information Bizzy Becs will then ask you to mail them back to us and we will test the product to determine that the fault is genuine. If we are satisfied that the fault is a manufacturing defect we will replace (for the same product as purchased) or refund the item at our discretion. We are not responsible for any misuse of items by the end user. Please contact us first via email and await a reply before sending anything back. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. We are not responsible for items broken in transit, as we do take pride in our packaging of orders.
